day two - ultimate blog challenge and a challenge card

The card that I am sharing with you today is using one of my favourite colour combinations - teal and brown. 

I have used my polychromos to colour the image and I am pleased with the effect - this is one of the techniques that definately needs lots of practice - however the more you use it the easier it becomes.

I have coloured around the edge of the image and dragged the colour to the middle...

I have teamed with with some linen thread and tied a bow. I have stamped the sentiment and added this to the centre of the card. The DSP that I have used is rom the sweet pea set that was out a couple of years ago - I love it...

I have used three card candi to the right of the card of the card to decorate.
