This card is a card that I have created for one of the candle orders that I have have completed - Very simple and in traditional colours using Stamping Up! DSP and a Forever Friends image that is coloured with SU colours, I have kept the colours simple and I have added depth to the colour. I have done this by adding a layer of colour letting the image dry and the adding another layer of colour. I have inked the edges of the panel and then mounted this on cherry cobbler and garden green card - inking the edges of each layer.
I have then added the sentiment to the bottom left of the card and stamped this in cherry cobbler on a white card blank, where the edges are inked (surprise surprise!)
The DSP is a couple inch panel that is added to the top of the card and there is a small gap to the top.
I hope you like the card and thanks for looking - Debbi

Here is another challenge and I loved this one too - there are sssooo many good blogs out there to get my inspiration flowing! and I am sure most people feel the same... This week we had to create a card with a sporting theme I didn't have any stamps but I had a cute forever friends sticker...
I mounted this on Cardstock and used a new black card blank, I added a green panel to the card I added some black ribbon to the top of the card and the dots are craftwork cards, the cardstock is SU! and bassil basics, the sentiment is from warmest regards SU!

I hope you like the card and thanks for looking TTFN Debbi x x x

Stamp With Us! Challenge Night...
Well this evening I have been busy - the SWU challenge night and chat online again this was something I was late completing but I got there in the end - next friday I am going to have to tell my little ones that mummy is busy - LOL as if they will listen!
So this evening we had to make pink tree/branches which was interesting
to say the least!

So this evening we had to make pink tree/branches which was interesting
to say the least!

For this card I used the Forrest Friends set and the sentiment from Warmest Regards - the cardstock was from two colour families Pink Passion from bold brights and Pretty in Pink from the Soft Subtles range - the ribbon is from a retired set and the wheel detail is using water colour joy ionked with staz on... the animal images are stamped in close to cocoa to give a contrast to the pink...
The second challenge was a colour challenge we had to use the followi
ng colours: Bashful Blue, Cameo Coral, Certainly Celery and So Saffron... I only had Bashful blue ink pad so I thought I would get my watercolours out and have a go at water colouring the image in the required colours and using the relevant cardstock to mount the image on - I painted an image from Summer by the Sea and the sentiment was from Warmest Regards. The roses around the edge of the card are from a retired set recently purchased called Roses in Winter and it is stamped in Bashful Blue...

Thanks for looking and any comments are always appreciated - bye for now
