Today I am sharing with you my first post for
Our theme this time is
texture/ embossing/ crinkled paper

So for this challenge I have created an altered CD
So for this challenge I have created an altered CD
I have covered the CD in DSP from Stampin Up!
and I have sanded the edges to create some texture, rather than cutting it out!
The image that I have used is a magnolia and one that I have had stamped in my stash for ages - you just never get around to using them!
I have coloured the image with
polychromos and sansador rubbing alcohol and blended the colour with blending stumps...
The texture I have created using a mask and glossy texture paste
it isn't perfect - but I kind of like that as when you touch it it is not all the same depth
I have used card candy from craftwork cards
and the sentiment is a tim holtz ticket that I have trimmed down - I just thought it was a little big to be used uncut

I love your covered CD. A great idea for using up old ones (well hope it is an old one and not one your now looking for! lol). Love the Tilda stamp too. I only had one in my collection but have just purchased some more with Christmas money. I just think she is such a cutie. hugs ValeryAnne (fellow DT member).
