Shoe Box!

Hi everyone - Sorry not done a proper post for a while - I am beginning to feel better now so am hopefully on the mend and back to crafting! As you are aware I went to a shoe box swap a couple of weeks at Janes gorgeous house - there were five of us in total and I have managed too finish two of the projects! I did finish Margarets on the evening but other than that only made a start on the others! and as I have been unwell since I haven't done much crafting - However y/day I managed to finish Jeanette's project, which I am sure you will agree is beautiful I made the bag on the evening although did not make the cards, I made these last night and I love the colour combinations that Jeanette has used, they work so well together. The papers are Ski Slope and the ribbon is 1/4' grosgrain the colurs used are real red, chocolate chip and old olive. The stamp on the front of the box is from the scandinavian set in the mini catalogue - the cards made are slightly different than the ones that Jeanette made as I don't have the border punch (think I'll haver to get one!)
Hope you like it! Thanks for looking and we'll see what crafting I can do this weekend hubby is away working! Debbi x x x

  1. So glad you're feeling better hun! Crafting is a sure sign you're on the mend LOL!
Loving these creations - I especially love the Ski Slope papers, just scrummy!
You NEED a border punch - they're addictive! I couldn't live without mine - OK slight overstatement but I love it all the same!

  2. Ooh gorgeous colours, glad you're starting to feel better.

  3. Glad to hear your feeling better. Great job with the project and yes you definatley need the scallop edge punch and the Corner punch, this makes a fab scallop edge too!

  4. I'm sooo pleased your feeling better - and wonderful projects you've been working on.
    Take Care - Ju xx

  5. Glad you are feeling better, lovely project.
