DT CALL - stamping dragon...

This is one of my favourite Stamping Dragon designs 

Silhouettes are great to use and the images always say so much - they can tell a story...

I have used this image with musical note DSP 

the kiss says it all!

This LOTV image is one of my favourites - I had used pro-markers to colour the image and add extra shading to the creases of the dresses, using co-ordinating paper to tie in with the colours I have used with the image

This Stamping Dragon image I have sponged with ink and then added more the centre of the image

I have also inked the edges

I have then added crystal effects to the centre of the image to make it POP

This is an altered canvas that I have done using cosmic shimmer, ink and glossy accents

I have stamped onto mulberry paper and then glued to the canvas adding mulberry flowers and embellishments in co-odrinating colours

I would love to be a part of the Stamping Dragon design team

I love the images and love using them

The examples that I have shown you I think show my style of crafting and I love to try new things - I am trying to do more altered pieces at the minute and love to use both stamped and digital images with these

I have been crafting for many years and love to share new techniques and love creating tutorials for these!

Crafting is a part of my life one that my boys and hubby also share with me - they are my critics and will always tell me the truth!

here is my card!

I have coloured my image with pro-markers and added glitter to the hair and the wings

I have used stampin up DSP for the background layer added to white card and then I used a velum border that I screwed up

the word sentiments are tim holtz

over the top of the card I sprayed glitter to add that extra sparkle - every fairy can never have enough!

For my card this week I have used the 4 leaf clover blank 

and have covered this with green DSP

I have added a centre to the clover which is two circle punches and a brad. A very simple template to use but this looks so effective - what do you think??

tsunami rose DT challenge #10

For this card I have used a craft card blank and added a piece of the beautiful 'life abloom' paper

I have then added a doily to the edge of the paper as a border and a contrasting bow to the top of the card. I have added a button and ticket to the bottom of the card. I have added three flowers to the bottom right of the card that co-ordinate with the colours of the paper.

steampunk junkies DT - challenge #1 flight

Hello!

Last week saw the launch of the first challenge at 

STEAMPUNK JUNKIES

and our challenge is

FLIGHT

here is what I have made... I decided to make a tag and have used the colours chaerry cobbler and basic grey.  I used a mask to add the cogs to the base and the layers and a sheet of chronology DSP which I have coloured with my ink pad. The ribbon is stampin up as are the die cut butterflies. The stamped images are Sam Poole and I have added some little metal embellishments.
