its Christmas!

Hello!

This morning my first post is sharing with you my DT make for the
and the challenge that we have for you is
CHRISTMAS

 Our sponsor this week is

I cannot wait to see what you create!

I have done sommething a little this week for my DT project
I asked the lovely Debbie whether I could show you the personalised book that is availble
and here it is

Personalise a Christmas Story Book

I have printed the pages and coloured the images and then decorated the front cover... I have kept the front cover very simple with black text and then decorated with silver ink in an Indigo Blu christmas tree and then inked the edges

A close up of page one image

A close up of page two image

I inked the edges of each page, I added red and green ribbon to bind the book and double knotted this... I coloured the images with my pro-markers and I have added glitter for some extra sparkle - I cannot wait for my boys to have this read to them (when I have finished all the pages!)

This will make a fantastic little extra for my boys this year - and seeing their name in print! and here you can see my glittery nails too! LOL

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:

Robyns Fetish...

HELLO!
Today I am sharing with you the card that I have made for for this weeks challenge -
#133 anything goes

I decided to use the Christmas Bell image and colour this in traditional Christmas colours - using red, green and gold. I used my pro-markers to colour the image and then outlined this wuith a metallic marker and cust around this - I teamed this with DSP from Stampin' Up!
I added a piece of textured card to the top of the card and added a sentiment to this and then added 3 card candi to the bottom right of the card.

I kept the card quite simple so as not to take away from the image I have used which I think is very effective - I have attached it to the card using silicone to make it stand away from the card and before I did this I rounded the image...

I hope you like my card and thanks for looking - as always your comments are appreciated, a special hello to all my new followers - it is lovely to see you here - if I don't follow you please give me a nudge...

I would love to enter this card in the following challenges:
kraftyhands - christmas
one stop crafts - anything goes
sweet stamping - anything goes

If you would like to look at my Stampin' Up! blog

Enjoy the rest of your day!

We are hoping the challenge will be up and running soon, please check each day for news.
Thanks for understanding and hopefully normal service will return very soon.
Best regards from all Robyn, Susan and

crafty pad DT - anything goes

Good morning!

This morning I am sharing with you my DT card for the Crafty Pad
using the image

The prize this week is great from
Prize £10 to spend in their fabby shop

For my card I have colour the image with my stampin up old olive ink pad and an aqua brush. I have then added dazzling dettails to the centre of the tree. I have then inked the edges in cherry cobbler. The fence was done in expresso

I then added a piece of DSP from the strawberry sundae range that although not Christmas I think ties in well.
I added ribbon with a bow detail to the right hand side of the card and three card card to the right. I stamped a 'merry christmas sentiment inked the edges and mounted on a craft card blank on the bottom right of the card. I used panles of craft and cobbler card as layers for the back of the card.

I hope you like my card and thanks for looking - cannot wait to see what you come up with for our challenge this week!
